Job Description
As a member of Apples IP Law Licensing & Litigation team you will be directly engaged in formulating and driving strategy as well as providing counsel to internal clients at the interface of IP and competition law. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency independent judgment and a results-oriented approach. You will operate as part of a supportive team focused on cross-functional collaboration within Apple to preserve Apples differentiation align advocacy and advise on IP matters involving competition considerations.
- 8 years experience (at a major law firm and/or in-house) in IP litigation including experience on standard essential patent litigation matters
- Experience (at a major law firm and/or in-house) in competition litigation or regulatory matters
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
- Excellent communication analytical organizational and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207700 and $311600 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
