Account Supervisor, short term freelance

INNOCEAN USA a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach CA is seeking a freelance Account Supervisor to join our Genesis team!

The contract is for 9/8/25 through 2/6/26

This is role is hybrid currently x2 week in-office.

Our ideal candidate has a mix of traditional and retail advertising experience.

This role is responsible for leading the national sales event campaigns as well as promotional advertising deliverables during off season selling periods for the Regional Marketing Amplification Program (RMAP). The Account Supervisor will run day-to-day projects autonomously knowing when to uplevel to the Group Account Director as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily contact and relationship building with a variety of different clients and departments
• Organize project timelines budgets and team workflow delegation with Project Management Team
• Supports in the planning and management of 360 cross tier and cross functional national sales event campaigns.
  • Campaign deliverables including but not limited to: TVC organic & paid social CRM
• Leads the strategic development and manages the production of all RMAP TVC deliverables.
• Responsible for the national tagging of both sales event and promotional TVC creative.
• Ultimately responsible for ensuring accuracy and quality of all client deliverables from strategy to execution; ensuring all campaign messaging is on brand on brief and supporting a strong retail message.
• Acts as the liaison to our regional offices ensuring national updates are shared and regional field requests are properly presented to the national client.
• Manages the development and cross team collaboration of campaign GTM and wrap report decks.
• Interface with marketing partners to facilitate content delivery production and strategy
• Facilitate internal creative development including kick-offs working with strategist on briefs meeting facilitation client feedback product & legal reviews

DESIRED SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency
• Strong understanding of and passion for Automotive Industryis a plus.
• Experience overseeing Integrated Campaigns is highly preferred
• Ability to think strategically
• Comfortable presenting and communicating with client and internal teams
• Knowledgeable in MS software (Word Power Point and Excel) Google Docs and highly skilled in presentation deck development (PowerPoint Google Slides etc)

The salary range for freelance Account Supervisor role is $90000-$115000.

Pay is dependent uponseveralfactorsincluding but not limited to:client experience training and transferable skills.
