Job Description
Ready to be part of something brand new and exciting CarolinasDentist is opening our newest location in North Raleigh and were looking for an upbeat detail-loving Patient Experience Coordinator to help us launch with energy and excellence! If youre passionate about people love creating great first impressions and thrive in a fast-paced team-driven environment we want to meet you.
As the first point of contact youll be the heart of our patient experience managing everything from scheduling and insurance verification to welcoming every guest with a smile. Youll work closely with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and ensure each patient feels supported informed and cared for.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling confirmations and same-day treatment coordination
Verify insurance and handle financial discussions with clarity and compassion
Maintain accurate records in Open Dental
Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
Jump in to support the team wherever neededno task too small!
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
Dental front office experience preferred
Open Dental knowledge is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High energy positive attitude and love for team collaboration
Organized proactive and customer-service focused
