We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Culinary Services to lead and elevate our dining program across independent living and assisted living levels of care. If youre a seasoned food service leader with a heart for hospitality and senior living we want to hear from you.

The Director of Culinary Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary and dining services operation ensuring high standards of food quality service safety and resident satisfaction. This role combines culinary vision operational expertise and team leadership to deliver an exceptional dining experience that enhances the overall quality of life for our residents.
Lead and manage daily operations of all culinary services across levels of care.
Develop and implement seasonal menus that balance resident preferences nutritional needs and regulatory compliance.
Hire train supervise and develop a high-performing culinary and dining room staff.
Ensure compliance with all local state and federal food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to align dining services with resident care plans and wellness goals.
Monitor food and labor costs; manage department budget efficiently.
Drive resident engagement through special dining events themed meals and feedback initiatives.
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure a clean organized and safe work environment.
Associate or Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience with at least 2 years in a senior living healthcare or hospitality environment.
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) ServSafe Certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
A passion for service hospitality and improving the lives of older adults.
