Teach and facilitate student learning in Industrial Technology courses including subjects such as welding fluid power systems and more.
Develop and deliver course content ensuring alignment with course syllabus and program objectives.
Maintain accurate student attendance and grading records in compliance with college policies.
Submit required documents and reports within established deadlines.
Provide guidance and assistance to students outside of scheduled class hours to support their academic success.
Address student concerns and collaborate with the program coordinator to resolve issues effectively.
Foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment embracing diversity of backgrounds ideas and learning styles.
Utilize teaching tools such as Canvas PowerPoint and other relevant technology to enhance learning.
Ensure attendance in all scheduled classes and provide advanced notice in the event of an emergency absence.

Salary Range: $45000 - $60000 per 9-month academic year based on experience.

Associates degree or higher in Industrial Technology or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
Posesses any specialized certifications necessary for the classes being taught.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting with electrical and/or mechanical systems.
Ability to teach in-person at the Tell City Indiana campus.
Bachelors degree or higher in Industrial Technology or Engineering or a field directly related to Industrial Technology.
Previous teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
