Technical Manager - 3RIVE 3D Project
Location: Ukraine (remote with field travel)
FMCs 3RIVE 3D is a next-generation crop protection system that integrates formulation application technology and active ingredients saving farmers time water and fuel while ensuring plant protection at sowing.
Were looking for a Technical Manager to support field operations and equipment installations. Youll work closely with project and sales teams service providers and farmers to ensure smooth implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate technical service provision to ensure high-quality equipment maintenance during the sowing season.
- Assistance in equipment manufacturing to ensure high quality of equipment parts.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of project milestones adapting quickly to changing needs.
- Collaborate closely with farmers identifying their needs and delivering tailored effective solutions while also aligning with broader project goals.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in technical roles related to precision agriculture.
- Degree in Engineering or Technology.
- Strong technical expertise in agricultural machinery (tractors sprayers seeders).
- Good in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong team player able to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders to drive project success.
