Were currently looking for an experienced Global IT Application Administrator for SaaS applications in our Corporate Functions Service Owner area.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Manage assigned multiple applications - Planon OneTrust Sopheon Wrike - issues and development/updates
Service desk management and ITSM testing/validation
Ensure compliance to security and data management standards aligned to KION Standards globally
Support multiple applications through analysis and strategic understanding
Complex analysis of business goals objectives and needs of the general business environment and may create complex functional and technical specifications and flowcharts
Perform complex planning and design of business processes and systems.
Develop recommendations for complex changes to improve and support business activities.
Facilitate complex business case development (planning & initiation responding to budget/plan changes perform ad hoc planning requests and evaluations)
Your Skills and Expertise:
University degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or equivalent admin experience approx. 5-8 years
3-5 years of experience in the application administration as a Global IT Administrator or similar role including tasks like:
- Vendor management
- Contract management
- License management
- Change management
- Budget management (nice to have)
In this role we expect you to have:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across various time zones
- Fluent English
- Ability to independently manage complex assignments
- Understanding of IT software concepts and practices
SAP MDG knowledge/Awareness nice to have
