What youll do

As the Clinical Coordinator you will be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Deliver high quality nursing care including specialised nursing careLead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe high-quality person-centred care
  • Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments care planning and regular reviews
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management
  • Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing confident clinical team
  • Work closely with GPs allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care
  • Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives

What youll bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards Quality Framework and related legislation

We would also love you to have:

  • Experience in a senior clinical leadership role ideally in residential aged care
  • Strong mentoring problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive compassionate and team-focused approach
