Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent development organizational leadership and strategic growth. You will work closely with senior leaders to support training programs identify emerging talent and implement initiatives that drive performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and delivering leadership development programs and workshops
Identify leadership potential within the organization and support career progression plans
Analyze performance data to assess effectiveness of training and development initiatives
Collaborate with department heads to align leadership strategies with business objectives
Support mentorship and coaching programs across teams
Maintain updated knowledge of best practices in leadership and organizational development
Create and manage documentation reports and resources related to leadership programs
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Psychology or related field
13 years of experience in training development or leadership support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
Knowledge of leadership assessment tools and frameworks is a plus
