At Collective Arts we have a passion for craft beverages that bring people together and ensuring our process runs smoothly including our inventory. We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team and report directly to our Manager Inventory and this role you will be coordinating inventory movements across our multiple locations and business units. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory across our multiple warehouses maintaining accurate records within our ERP system (Encompass) and supporting smooth product movement between locations. This role will be primarily ERP data entry and providing support to our Supply Chain and sales teams.
This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in the office 3 days per week preferably Tuesday - Thursday
What a typical day as an Inventory Coordinator looks like
- Processing inventory movements in Encompass to reflect transfers between the brewery and our warehouses
- Reviewing daily inventory levels and flagging any discrepancies or low stock items to the Supply Chain team
- Pulling and updating reports for sales deliveries and month end processes to ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation for finance
- Collaborating with the Logistics and Procurement team to support smooth warehouse operations and suggesting process improvements when needed.
How your time will be organized
- ERP Data Entry & Inventory Movements (50%) Recording and processing inventory transfers across our warehouses. Manage Encompass to ensure accurate stock records across all warehouses and locations.
- Inventory Monitoring & Reconciliation (40%) Reviewing daily inventory levels investigating discrepancies and reconciling stock data with warehouse reports to maintain accuracy.
- Cross Functional Collaboration (10%) Working with the Supply Chain Logistics Procurement and Sales teams to support operational needs troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements.
What we are looking for
- 1 years of experience in a Supply Chain role. Inventory experience is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all work
- Previous experience with an ERP system (Encompass is considered an asset)
- Strong skills in Google Workspace specifically Google Sheets and Microsoft Office 365 specifically in Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
