At Gorgias partnerships drive over 50% of our revenue and agency partners are a cornerstone of our ecosystem. Were looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most strategic development digital marketing and e-commerce agencies. This is a high-impact externally facing role where youll drive joint revenue initiatives coordinate sales cycles and evolve partners from basic referral relationships into fully engaged Gorgias service providers.
Youll be part of a growing team that plays a critical role in expanding our market reach particularly through enterprise-level partnerships with large development and digital marketing agencies.
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level agency partnerships focusing on revenue accountability and long-term strategic alignment.
Lead monthly cadence calls with top partners to review pipeline co-selling opportunities and ongoing initiatives.
Coordinate joint sales cycles working closely with Gorgias AEs Solutions Engineers and Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline actively managing opportunity follow-up and reporting.
Support the transformation of referral partners into Gorgias-certified service partners via the Partner Academy and enablement tracks.
Implement and optimize a revenue-under-management model for key agencies.
Represent Gorgias at industry conferences and travel regularly (25%) to key partner hubs like New York and Los Angeles.
3 to 5 years of enterprise partnership experience ideally with a background in partnerships enterprise sales or strategic account management.
Experience working with or selling into large companies or navigating complex multi-stakeholder agency relationships.
A revenue-driven mindset comfortable tracking pipeline forecasting and contributing to sales outcomes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external executives.
Organized and self-sufficient in managing a multi-partner portfolio and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have: Experience in the Shopify ecosystem working with eCommerce platforms or merchants or having technical acumen to speak fluently about the Gorgias ecosystem and integration model.
Identify onboard and grow a portfolio of top enterprise agency partners.
Increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint GTM efforts.
Deepen partner enablement and co-selling motions with Gorgias sales and success teams.
Strengthen Gorgias presence in the enterprise e-commerce space via the agency ecosystem.
