Job Description
We are searching for an Organizational Resilience Program Manager someone who works well in a fast-paced this position you will support the Organizational Resilience Lifecycle with emphasis on a campus and related entities in a geographic area or a specific line of business. The lifecycle includes both Emergency Management and Business Continuity activities working with senior operational leaders to support the annual Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) supporting the delivery of training and exercise priorities based on the HVA/BIA and directives from senior leadership supporting and conducting exercises completing After-Action Reports and Corrective Action Reviews after all plan exercises and activations of Incident Command. You will function as part of the Crisis Management Teams On-Call rotation and may be called upon to support the Crisis Management Team during an incident impacting any part of the addition to these duties this position primarily supports our Emergency Management and Business Continuity technology applications including - Everbridge Fusion Pulsara EmResource and other emergency management applications utilized by the organization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts hazard vulnerability assessment and business impact assessment.
Provides substantial support for organizing and conducting the annual Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for all in-scope locations or departments.
Ensures results of the HVA are reported to the Emergency Management Committee senior campus leaders and other regional bodies such as the Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council (SETRAC) Houston Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Harris County OEM and Montgomery County OEM.
Gathers data and records analysis required for development of recovery time objective (RTO) and recovery point objective (RPO) for each operational area and the technology that supports those areas.
Prepares and presents the business impact analysis results to departmental leaders.
Responsible for emergency management and business continuity plan development and updates.
Plans emergency management and business continuity exercises.
Delivers training and awareness.
Logistics support to volunteer steams.
Represents Texas Childrens outside of the organization at emergency management and business continuity events.
Performs crisis management/incident management as part of the Crisis Management Team.
Provides technology support.
Skills & Requirements
Required High School Diploma or GED
Preferred bachelors degree in Disaster Preparedness or Emergency Management Preferred
Required 4 years of healthcare emergency management corporate business continuity IT disaster recovery or crisis management experience
Preferred Licenses/Certifications
oCEM - Certified Emergency Manager by the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM)
oCBCP - Cert Business Continuity Prof by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI International)
oCHPCP - CertHlthcareProvBusContinProf by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI International)
oMBCP - Master Business Continuity Prof by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI International)
A bachelors degree may substitute for 4 years of experience
