Job Description
As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the SDS team you will work closely with Machine Learning Engineers and other Software Engineers to lead the design and implementation of both front end and back end systems and tools to support the fraud prevention efforts of the expansive data we have our job is to build meaningful data relationships and engagement experiences for our internal customers. - BS/MS or advanced degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in software engineering/data science
- Extensive experience with a variety of different JavaScript frameworks such as Angular React Backbone Ember Vue Svelte
- Ability to build complex reusable components and scalable front-end architectures
- Proficiency with modern web technologies like HTML5 CSS Javascript and familiarity with the complete web stack
- Understanding of API design principles and best practices
- Deep Knowledge of backend technologies like and Express Python and Flask Java and Spring Boot etc
- Strong industry experience in designing building scalable and highly performant web applications
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes or cloud platform deployment
- Experience with Relational databases and NoSQL databases
- Experience with one or more object oriented programing language such as Java Python C etc
- Demonstrated understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
- Self-motivated proactive and solution-oriented
- Demonstrated excellence of analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication
- Ability to lead and influence technical decisions in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
