Your main goal as a Customer Chat Representative is to provide stellar service and help customers through their inquiries with ease. Heres what youll be doing:
- Engage with customers through live chat addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Provide detailed information about products and services that meet customer needs.
- Utilize great communication skills to recommend solutions encouraging sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure accurate processing of orders and follow-up communications.
- Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but eagerness to learn can be just as valuable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple applications seamlessly.
- A passion for solving problems and helping customers feel valued.
- High energy and positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
