Position Summary
- Identify Qualify and Develop sales & business development plan for self and team. Ensure that team meets goals as decided by management.
- Perform business development and account management activity for two major SBUs of C&P Softline and Hardline.
- Effectively communicate country specific strategy and business plan with senior management team. Produce & present weekly monthly quarterly & annual reports and revenue forecasts. Support in planning and executing cross country and cross division meetings for better opportunities for revenue growth within global accounts consistent with SGS Business Unit Strategy and specific strategy for key account initiatives.
- Ensure the alignment and integration of services and operational deliveries in accordance to global C&P and sales strategies for assigned strategic accounts.
- Work in conjunction with C&P sales operations and other client services staff (EAs SA) to achieve client deliverables.
- Meet assigned account individual and team revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management.
- Generate opportunities for incremental revenue growth within existing global accounts consistent with SGS strategic account initiatives and by penetrating the client supply chain and vendor network.
- Generate within existing account assignment additional services or solutions opportunities across SGS C&P SBUs and/or integrate other SGS complimentary business lines (cross divisional if needed).
- Prepare marketing and brand recognition strategies and execute them by partnering with external industry associations and internal marketing team.
- Preparing team expansion plan identifying right candidates hiring and provide necessary training.
- Manage team of Key Account Managers Sales Executive Technical Manager and Customer Service Representative. Help with defining their goals and provide necessary coaching for them to be successful in their role.
- As being country leader of C&P Canada division perform office manager duties related to safety and finance related matters.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
- University graduate or equivalent educational background
- Experience: 7 years experience in a multinational organization. International business exposure in imported consumer products in a sales program management or key account management function.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced highly professional environment.
