Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Public Relations Specialist to join our team and help elevate our brands presence within the industry. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset and a solid understanding of public relations strategies that effectively communicate our mission values and initiatives. I
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the organizations visibility and reputation.
- Create and distribute press releases media kits and other promotional materials to various media outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists bloggers and other media representatives.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public relations metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Plan and execute promotional events press conferences and community outreach initiatives to bolster public engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations or a similar role with a strong portfolio of media placements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
- Strong understanding of media relations and the ability to build impactful relationships with journalists.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
