Senior Engineer HardwareTITLE: Senior Engineer Hardware
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Design test and troubleshoot next generation of Clover NFC Antennas. Work with the internal software and firmware teams to bring up new features and own the hardware development for the features. Work with vendors and ODMs for manufacturing and improving yield while reducing the associated cost. Conduct and lead schematic and layout reviews. Simulate the performance of hardware using 2D/3D simulation tools and work on improving the performance during bring-up proto and PVT stages. Work with program managers and management regarding timely updates on JIRAs both internal and external. Assist in compliance efforts sustaining work for existing products and post-launch failure analysis efforts.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving hardware and antenna design experience. Prior experience must include: 4 years working with board design Signal and Power Integrity High-Speed Digital Design Schematic Design and Layouts; 4 years working with NFC WiFi or Cellular technologies; 4 years working with component vendors original design manufacturing partners and field application engineers to resolve engineering issues; 4 years working with CAD tools and Electrical 2D/3D simulation software including Allegro ADS and Spice; and 2 years working with Object-Oriented programming languages including C Python or Java.
