Head Chef Organic Caf Pune
Salary: /month
Location: Kalyani Nagar Pune
Experience: 510 years preferred
Cuisine Focus: Organic farm-to-table vegetarian/vegan
About the Role
Were seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead the culinary operations of our organic caf. If you believe in sustainable cooking seasonal ingredients and creating soulful dishes that nourish both body and planetthis is your kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute seasonal menus using organic locally sourced ingredients
- Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Innovate with plant-based and health-conscious recipes
- Manage inventory vendor relationships and food cost controls
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of organic vegetarian and vegan cuisine
- Leadership and team management skills
