Are you looking to build trust and confidence in athletes while having fun If you love the water and working with new and experienced athletes come help change lives through aquatics with SwimRVA. We are looking for swim coaches that want to help make a difference. We are dedicated to developing our participants into confident life-long swimmers.

The SwimRVA Swim Coach job duties:
- Provide Head Group Coach with ideas for group newsletters move-ups and retention programs (i.e. We will Miss You Cards etc.)
- Development of appropriate and positive working relationships with all swimmers parents coaches and SwimRVA staff & clients.
- Provide thoughts and feedback to Head Group Coach related to practice swimmer developments and season training cycles.
- Participate in staff meetings when necessary.
- Direct on-deck coaching responsibilities for various group practices.
Qualifications:
- Energetic dynamic and positive leader who is effective in an independent environment.
- Possesses strong leadership organizational skills.
- Experience with a wide range of swimming levels (learn-to-swim through Olympic qualifiers).
- 3 years related experience as a coach or swimmers or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- A desire to grow professionally through aquatics
Salary/ Benefits:
