Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Director - Product Management to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing customer experience strategies that enhance service capabilities across all internal and external stakeholders. Leveraging agile methodology this role defines the architecture for experience-driven solutions promotes a customer-first culture and leads high-performing teams to deliver innovation operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

This role

Customer Experience Strategy and Vision

  • Partners with senior leadership to define a long-term customer experience roadmap and vision.

  • Cultivates end-to-end collaboration across business units to foster a customer-centric culture.

  • Maintains a strong point of view on long-term direction using stakeholder input data and agile insights.

  • Establishes a high-value experience backlog that supports the overall mission and drives customer satisfaction.

  • Reassesses and reprioritizes team tasks based on evolving needs and potential to achieve business outcomes.

Backlog and Metrics Management

  • Develops refines and prioritizes a robust project backlog based on cross-functional stakeholder input and value alignment.

  • Sets clear acceptance criteria and defines success metrics to evaluate delivery effectiveness.

  • Monitors results continuously and adjusts metrics to reflect progress and insights.

  • Uses customer and operational data to inform roadmap and backlog decisions.

Stakeholder Alignment and Change Leadership

  • Gains organizational buy-in for the teams vision and direction through effective communication.

  • Leads change initiatives and builds alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Translates strategic shifts into action plans and ensures coordination across impacted teams.

  • Empowers agile teams by removing barriers encouraging collaboration and promoting autonomy.

Team Leadership and Agile Execution

  • Provides coaching and regular feedback to product teams to support incremental delivery.

  • Aligns team outputs with stakeholder goals and evolving priorities.

  • Leads projects and may perform other duties as assigned.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following

  • Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred.

  • Twelve (12) plus years of experience leading strategic initiative development and execution including operational policies and process improvements.

  • Eight (8) plus years in senior operational leadership roles within complex organizations.

  • Experience with human-centered design design/systems thinking and user research.

  • Background in product and strategy development in healthcare strongly preferred.

  • Agile experience a plus.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to present strategy and complex topics to leadership.

  • Proven ability to build alignment drive decision-making and lead through change.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for clear consistent messaging.

  • Ability to balance strategic objectives with execution manage priorities and inspire high performance.

  • Proficient in change management stakeholder engagement and cross-functional influence.

Salary: $191900 - $259100

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
