Job Description:
We are seeking an experiencedIdentity Analystto join a dynamic Identity & Access Management (IAM) this role you will act as a key representative fostering strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders reliant on IAM services. The environment is fast-paced with complex access changes requiring precision and efficiency under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to performance-based SLAs for timely and accurate access management.
Take ownership of assigned project deliverables includingActive Directory (AD) Group Remediation Department Onboarding and RBAC enhancements.
Work independently on day-to-day tasks while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
Provide regular progress updates and proactively flag obstacles or delays.
ApplyRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)principles adhering to theprinciple of least privilege.
ManageActive Directory in multi-forest environments ensuring secure and efficient access controls.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Strong understanding ofRBAC least privilege and IAM best practices.
Proficiency inActive Directory (multi-forest environment experience preferred).
Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to workindependently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Work Environment:
Fully remote(must be available duringMountain Time business hours).
Small collaborative team (1-5 members).
High level of communication required (rating: 5/5).
