Primary Responsibilities
- Work with office staff to schedule jobs and make changes to the schedule to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a workload to keep production crews on track to meet or exceed their production goals.
- Communicate expectations requirements and changes with Centers of Influence. Remain up-to-date on all jobs in progress. Communicate job progress and problems.
- Maintain communication with customers about the job to ensure expectations are met. This includes homeowners the public agents adjusters consultants etc.
- Utilize industry specific systems/software/applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite Google Sheets and Drybook.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Attentiveness to detail
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- 40 hours/week flexible to work overtime when required
