Job Description:
The LTC hospice Office Coordinator coordinates clerical functions of the Company. Maintains patient record information tracks information regarding active patients referrals supplies and staff to assist with fulling patient needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice or healthcare administration; long term care familiarity- required
Knowledge of Medicare Medicaid and commercial insurance hospice eligibility criteria - preferred
Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
Must be organized and detail oriented
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean background and drug screen
