The Regional Manager Oil and Waste Services is a key functional role within the organization supporting our Operations team within the US Midwest region. This individual will collaborate closely with operations teams to develop implement and continuously refine scalable and standardized policies strategies and processes. The Manager will drive improvements in cost efficiency process optimization and service consistency across the organization ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering growth in market share and brand presence.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy and Policy Development: Create and execute policies and strategies to enhance operational efficiency standardize practices and support cost-effective growth. Ensure all strategies align with the broader organizational goals focusing on continuous improvement and scalability.
- Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure seamless integration of LOB strategies into day-to-day activities including the integration of any new acquisitions.
- Continuous Improvement & Efficiency Gains: Lead initiatives aimed at reducing costs improving process flows and increasing overall operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for improvement driving implementation of innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and reduce waste.
- Standardization of Practices: Develop maintain and promote standardized processes procedures and practices to ensure consistent quality and service delivery across the region.
- KPI Development & Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Regularly assess performance data report on outcomes and recommend course corrections where necessary.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with other functional teams (e.g. sales marketing finance) to ensure support for the business.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay current on industry trends market developments and competitor activities using this information to inform the continuous evolution of strategies and maintain competitive advantage. Advise senior leadership on market conditions and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role in Environmental Services or related industry
- Strong expertise in strategy development process optimizations and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organization level
