Were looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who leads by example someone who brings energy professionalism and a passion for this key role youll support and guide our front desk team while ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
This is a great opportunity for someone with prior front desk experience whos ready to take on more responsibility in a supportive team-driven environment.
Service:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Ensure guest requests and special accommodations are fulfilled
Oversee pre-assignment of rooms VIP handling and package tracking
Perseverance:
Address guest concerns with professionalism and follow up until fully resolved
Support the team during high-volume periods to maintain excellent service
Inclusion:
Train and onboard new front desk agents
Foster a welcoming respectful environment for both associates and guests
Respect:
Supervise and support front desk staff by providing direction coaching and feedback
Help manage scheduling and performance to ensure smooth operations
Innovation:
Stay informed about the local area to provide guests with helpful recommendations
Bring new ideas to enhance both the guest and team experience
Teamwork:
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping Maintenance and other departments
Ensure daily shift operations run efficiently and according to company standards
Previous hotel front desk experience is required; supervisory experience is preferred
A strong commitment to outstanding customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A natural leader who is approachable detail-oriented and calm under pressure
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn our Property Management System (PMS)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the shift
