ASSYST is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our client in Tallahassee FL
Location: Tallahassee FL Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099) Position: Onsite No Remote Work Allowed.
Work Hours: Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM including availability for Saturdays as neededeither on a rotating basis or as part of a regular or on-call work schedule.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of project activities. This role will focus on data analysis reporting documentation stakeholder communication and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in an agile project environment.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: The activities this candidate will be tasked with include but are not limited to the following:
Perform analyses on innovative tools and technologies
Develop business cases
Perform data validation and analysis to support decision-making and reporting.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for project and performance analysis.
Participate in peer reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Revise and draft new methods procedures and best practices as needed.
Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and understand requirements.
Complete daily reporting and documentation activities with accuracy.
Assist with project coordination scheduling and task tracking.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team and organizational goals.
Perform data validation and analysis
Build reports and dashboards for analysis
Participate in Peer Reviews of work product
Revise and/or draft new methods and practices
Analyze and document processes
Solicit stakeholder input
Must complete daily reporting activities

Required Skills
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flowcharts. (Highly desired)
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and ceremonies. (Highly desired)
Experience assisting or coordinating small projects. (Highly desired)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of principles and practices of document and information management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high initiative.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
