This is a non-union positionThe Sr Specialist Network Automation Architect will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation workflows that transform network operations across our large energy companys critical infrastructure.
This role focuses on creating autonomous agent systems with human-in-the-loop controls that ensure zero-risk tolerance while revolutionizing operational efficiency.

What You Will Do:
Design AI-driven workflows for network automation spanning planning development testing and deployment phases.
Develop autonomous agent systems that can analyze requirements generate solutions and implement with human approval gate.
Build intelligent decision-making frameworks that understand energy sector compliance and safety reliability and performance requirements.
Implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance capacity planning and anomaly detection.
Build comprehensive automation pipelines that integrate with existing tools (Cisco Versa Palo Alto NetScaler).
Who You Are:
You possess Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
8-10 years of software engineering experience preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
Advanced AI/ML Engineering: 5 years developing production AI systems preferably in infrastructure or operations.
Deep understanding of network automation frameworks (Ansible Terraform Python).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work multi-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
