Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide full cycle bookkeeping services to multiple owner-managed clients for a midsize public accounting firm.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process sales and purchase invoices.
- Oversee payroll processing and record adjusting entries as needed.
- Prepare and file GST/HST returns.
- Conduct month-end and quarterly financial reviews.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their representatives throughout the year.
- Book flights for clients friends and family as required.
- Present financial records to clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Excel and QuickBooks proficiently.
- Work both independently and collaboratively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong client service communication skills and professionalism.
- Preferably have 2-4 years experience in public accounting or a multi-client environment with expertise in payroll data entry and owner-managed company accounting.
