Location: Portland OR or Brooklyn NY (Hybrid- in office 3 days/week)
About the Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Coordinator to join
our marketing team and help power our email paid and affiliate marketing efforts. This is a
great opportunity for someone early in their careerwhether youre a recent graduate or just
getting started professionallywhos eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative
environment.
In this role youll provide hands-on support for our email campaigns paid media programs and
affiliate partnerships. Youll work closely with teammates to execute campaigns ensure
accuracy and track performance.
What Youll Do
- Support the setup testing and scheduling of email campaigns in our email marketing
platform. - Assist with scraping formatting and managing affiliate links and tracking codes for
campaigns and partners. - Coordinate creative assets and copy for paid advertising campaigns across digital
platforms. - QA campaigns to ensure correct links targeting and creative before launch.
Monitor live campaigns for performance trends and flag issues or opportunities to the
team. - Help document campaign performance data and prepare reports.
- Support ad hoc projects across the marketing team as needed.
What Were Looking For
- 0 -3 years of relevant job experience internships school projects or personal projects
in marketing communications or digital media are a plus. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills youre the type of person who
double-checks their work. - Interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn the ins and outs of email paid
media and affiliate programs. - Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and comfort learning new
tools and platforms. - Strong communication and collaboration skills you work well with others and arent
afraid to ask questions. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
