Job Description
- Drive and ship large multi-functional programs and feature areas- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope requirements timelines and prioritization- Day-to-day will include program managing execution risk assessments in order to meet the overall program goals- Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline- Play an active role in improving how capabilities are built in the Apple Services Engineering organization- Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels- Collaborate with Design Engineering Data Science QA Legal Finance Privacy Anti-Fraud Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineerings suite of features
- 5 years of program management experience including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
- Strong technical proficiency Machine Learning experience
- Experience to execute cross-functional and cross-organization project management - ability to work across diverse teams navigate organizational landscape build relationships and drive project delivery
- Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions & translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting
- Built global products by collaborating across Product Engineering Data Sciences Analytics Design and other key partners
- Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions design meetings progress and status meetings)
- Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization
- Be able to work with ambiguity organize & create order
At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134800 and $245800 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
