Account Coordinator Job Description

The Account Coordinator at Modern Climate plays a foundational role in supporting teams to deliver exceptional client service and project execution. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in marketing and advertising providing day-to-day support to account and project leads while learning the craft of client relationship management.
This role reports to the Account Director and works closely with the client service and project management team. They should uphold and demonstrate our core values in all interactions and work daily:

Assist Account Lead with daily project details timelines and client communications.
Help prepare for and participate in client status calls and internal meetings taking notes and capturing action items and providing follow-up communication to teams in conjunction with the Account Lead.
Support the coordination and documentation of feedback to ensure clarity across internal teams.
Own status documents and project tools; help schedule and prep for meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to track milestones and deliverables.
Maintain accurate documentation timelines and feedback summaries.
Help ensure all files are properly labeled organized and archived.
Demonstrate professionalism and positivity in all interactions with clients and team members.
Support the team in summarizing client feedback and gathering internal inputs to move work forward.
Assist with industry and competitive research for client campaigns and new business opportunities.
Help gather creative and media examples support website reviews and compile summary findings under the guidance of senior team members.

Bachelors degree in advertising marketing communications or related field
02 years of relevant experience marketing environment required preferably in an agency setting
Familiarity with project management tools and a foundational understanding of marketing/advertising
