Ideal Candidate:

• Are you someone with extensive experience in ASC leadership or hospital surgical operations We want a proactive leader who can build rapport with physicians and staff while maintaining accountability. If youre financially savvy with an ambitious spirit this could be your perfect match!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Directing and coordinating all operational functions across facilities to exceed customer expectations.
• Serving as a key liaison among the Governing Board Medical Staff and facility departments presenting impactful reports on operational activities.
• Leading strategic planning for facility services and overall management of the partnership to drive growth and performance.
• Fostering a collaborative culture among staff ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational policies.
• Spearheading quality improvement initiatives and establishing strong relationships with the medical staff to enhance continuous care.

Required Experience:

• Proven ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical management
• Solid operations and financial management background
• Ability to cultivate strong professional relationships while ensuring accountability
• GI experience is a plus but not mandatory!
