Programme Test Manager
Location: Primarily supporting a client project based in Lancashire (Hybrid Working Model with travel as required)
Type: Permanent

What Youll Do
As a Programme Test Manager you will:
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across complex test programmes.
- Define and implement test strategies that balance technical and business risk within diverse delivery environments.
- Advise on testing processes frameworks tools and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of scalable test automation frameworks and continuous testing capabilities.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in delivery and quality engineering applying new practices where appropriate.
- Oversee test activities across multiple workstreams vendors and methodologies.
- Work closely with delivery teams to guide and supportwithout driving day-to-day operations.

Were looking for a confident and experienced professional with:
- A solid background in managing and delivering effective testing programmes.
- The ability to work strategically and technically across varied delivery contexts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A deep understanding of modern testing practices and tooling.
- Exposure to continuous delivery microservices containerization and DevOps principles.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in Model-Based Development techniques.
- Proficiency in Simulink and MATLAB for system simulation and testing.
- Familiarity with aerospace defence or engineering domains is highly advantageous.
