Job Description

Job Summary
Pilots After Dark Coordinators are responsible for creating planning and hosting various late night entertainment events on Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm-11pm in the Pilot House. Coordinators will work as a team to collaborate with each other with student organizations and clubs and with external vendors to provide engaging late night programming for the UP community.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA Effective timely and professional communication to students faculty/staff and external vendors Attention to detail and basic knowledge of working within assigned budgets Ability to balance multiple competing tasks and obligations

Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Canva Public speaking skills or an interest in developing public speaking skills Ability to effectively troubleshoot challenges in preparation for and throughout events Prior experience with event planning or a strong interest in event planning All interested individuals are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every one of the preferred qualifications as listed.
