Job Description

License/Certification/Registration required No

Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. College degree or post secondary education is strongly preferred.

Experience:
* 10 years of progressive Executive Assistant experience
* Computer experience including proficiency with MS Excel MS Word and MS Power Point
* Prior experience as an Executive Assistant Lead or similar role
* Experience supporting C-suite executives Board of Directors and board governance function
* A minimum of one year leading a team of direct reports

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism - representative of the Chief Executive Officer and Childrens organization liaison to the Board of Directors
* Clear thinker adaptable and proactive problem-solver
* Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Collaborator: ability to build strong internal and external networks - to make the impossible possible!
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Self-starter efficient and works well with a team
* In addition to core schedule be available at various hours for business-related meetings and tasks
* Ability to travel to offsite locations as needed

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary this position may be eligible for medical dental vision retirement and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for executive assistant support to the CEO governance board and other executives as needed. A critical role this individual is an extension and representative of the CEO as well as Childrens Minnesota its reputation and values. The Manager of Executive Office role leads the Executive Assistant team providing strategic leadership to the team. This role reports to the CEO.
