Job Description

Responsiblities:
- Processand issue titles and liens for vehicle sales including communication with BMV and lenders
- Process all service contract and aftermarket warranty cancellations
- Scan incentive audit documents in to deal jacket
- Provide support for new and used vehicle departments titling questions
- Issue payoff checks on all trade in vehicles
- Verify log and post fundings
- Accomplish any accounting special projects assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in automotive titling preferred
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to provide quality and friendly customer service
- Work well with others
- Notary license preferred or the ability to secure one
- Honesty and integrity to safeguard confidential information
