Job Summary
We are seeking to hire an additional experienced detail oriented and dependable Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a full time position Monday Friday requiring 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Post Daily Tag invoice into Ignite DMS software
- Maintain Title/MSO inventory
Maintain Tag Schedule
- Cut refund checks back to customers
Submit complete correct paperwork for titling and registering motor vehicles
- Process Dealer Trades and Used Vehicle Purchases
Qualifications
At least two years automotive experience
Florida Notary required
Maintain strong attention to detail.
- Customer Service Skills
Time Management Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Month end schedule flexibility.
