Location: Isle of Wight PO30
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are seeking a highly capable and ambitious Sales Lister / Instruction Winner to join a reputable and fast-growing estate agency based on the Isle of Wight.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting property valuations and securing instructions
- Delivering outstanding service to vendors and prospective clients
- Building strong local relationships and business opportunities
- Generating and converting sales leads
- Meeting personal and team performance targets
- Promoting the agency and enhancing its presence across the island
- Working collaboratively within a dynamic and professional sales team
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Estate agency sales experience essential
- Proven ability to win listings and instructions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Smart professional and well-presented
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong telephone sales and rapport-building ability
- Local knowledge of the Isle of Wight advantageous
- Full UK driving license and car required
