Main Responsibilities
*This position primarily focuses on administrative support within the sales team requiring a strong attention to detail and a structured organized work approach with a sales-oriented mindset.
1. Administrative & Documentation Tasks
- Create and edit business proposals in response to RFPs (using PowerPoint Word Excel)
- Translate and manage contracts and documents (Korean English)
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
2. Client Management & Initial Sales Activities
- Manage and update client lists conduct cold calls to identify potential leads
- Record and organize sales activity details in the internal system
- Join client meetings with the AE when necessary and support basic sales tasks
3. Internal Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with various departments (Sales Marketing Operations)
- Proactively execute assigned tasks and respond well to feedback
Required Skills & Competencies Document Handling
Document Handling: Proficient in MS PowerPoint Excel and Word; capable of creating well-organized business proposals and documents
Good Communicator: Able to translate contracts/documents (Korean English) and handle basic email communications; Able to work cooperatively with internal and external teams with clear and professional communication
Sales Mindset: Comfortable with cold calling and identifying customer needs
Execution & Organization: Detail-oriented and responsible; able to execute tasks efficiently and systematically
Collaborative Attitude: Positive and flexible team player with a strong sense of initiative
