Work Schedule:
60% FTE evening shift. Friday/Saturday/Sunday 3:00PM 11:00PM. Holidays required as they call on regular shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay:
You may be eligible for up to a $1800 sign-on bonus for a Senior Medical Lab Technician Weekend position or a $2400 sign-on bonus for a Medical Technologist Weekend position.

Play an essential role in the quality and safety of patient care by providing accurate diagnostic and treatment information.
We are seeking a Senior Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Weekend OR Medical Technologist (MT) Weekend Core Lab to:
Perform testing in the clinical laboratories (any complexity)
Perform advanced troubleshooting maintenance and problem resolution.
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills ability to work independently and the ability to take on teaching/training responsibilities as needed.
Work as an effective team member as demonstrated by good relations with physicians clinic staff and co-workers.

- Bachelors Degree in a chemical physical biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology Required or
- Bachelors Degree must include minimally 60 semester hours or equivalent that includes either: 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses OR 24 semester hours 6 chemistry 6 biology and 12 chemistry biology medical laboratory technology in any combination Required
- Bachelors Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) Preferred
- Masters Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (MLS) or related science or healthcare field Preferred
- 1 year healthcare or lab related work experience Preferred
- Certification (Medical Lab Science Chemistry Hematology Microbiology Blood Banking Molecular Biology) by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists or similar agency Preferred
