Job Description
In this role you will develop Programs Processes Communications and Best Practice Standards to guide and empower Product Managers as they build scalable adaptable Capabilities that meet the business priorities of our key objectives of this role are:Optimizing process across Product development and the Project Life CycleFacilitating enhanced collaboration across the PCM Organization and XF teamsPromoting best practices for Capability Adoption (for 1P/3P/Customers)Key responsibilities include:Product development and Project Life Cycle continuous improvementsFacilitate productive XF Product Forums and WorkshopsDevelop communication standards and guidelines Develop and maintain Product Organization Resource hubCapability adoption use-cases storytelling Product development tooling needs and new tech explorationMonitoring & learning from Product-Operations impacting market trends
- 8 years of relevant experience in Product Platform and Management
- Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Digital or related field
- Exceptional communication: convey complex ideas concisely adapt to different audiences and have the ability to influence outcomes.
- Self-motivated and proactive: willing to dive into details and gain a thorough understanding of Apples systems processes and strategic initiatives in order to build the best experiences our Customers and Partners
- Proven record of working collaboratively with XF teams e.g. Product EPMs Analytics Business teams
- Partnership efforts through all levels of the organization from Senior Leadership to Individual Contributors
- MBA with relevant work experience
- Project Management certification
- Practical experience across a large cross-functional organization

At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141800 and $258600 and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apples discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
