Tapestry Solutions a part of Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking a Financial Analyst in Maryland Heights MO. In this role not only will you provide business insight for a Commercial Product GOLDesp as you integrate financial data but will also lead processes drive efficiency and develop strong relationships with a multitude of business partners. You will also provide consultation for a COTS product for business and finance leadership as an integral part of execution for both domestic and international contracts. This role will offer a mix of in-office (minimum 2 days per week) and telecommuting work.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform financial analysis and integration for Logistics Products Services (LPS) programs
Develop resource spend plans Estimates at Completion (EACs) and forecasts for program budgets and monitor performance to plan
Support of program annual long-range business plan (LRBP) and monthly forecast
Performs regular variance analysis and provides recommendations to senior leaders
Develop analyze and deliver monthly program performance reporting
Makes recommendations to senior leaders using financial data and business knowledge
Creates a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality cost delivery and customer satisfaction
Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership peers and functional leaders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
1 years of experience in finance related position
Experience with Microsoft Excel application
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind and strong attention to detail
Experience with Financial Systems (Deltek Costpoint Unanet etc)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint
