WHAT YOULL BE DOING


We are looking for a strong team player to drive the success of our People Team initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Orchestrate our impactful Citizenship Week (Onboarding Week) helping set the stage for every new hires success.
  • Manage a variety of People Operations tasks from supporting the exciting pre-onboarding phase for new hires to tackling other essential duties that the team operates with maximum efficiency.
  • Contribute to the coordination of engaging learning and development activities from our popular monthly Grab & Grow Sessions to essential Manager Trainings and vibrant Meet-Ups.
  • Assist in analyzing engagement survey results turning data into actionable insights to further enhance our employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with our People Partners supporting them to enable our high-performance culture daily.
  • Play a hands-on role in implementing our company-wide Performance Review Cycle ensuring a seamless and effective process.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong communication skills: Fluent in German & English (C1).
  • Exceptional attention to detail: You catch what others miss ensuring all processes run flawlessly.
  • A proactive approach: Youre a self-starter who can take initiative manage your tasks independently and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
  • Strong design skills for learning content: You know how to transform complex information into engaging visually appealing presentations and training materials that truly resonate.
  • Interest in People Analytics: You have a genuine curiosity for understanding people through data. You enjoy uncovering insights that will help us improve how we support our teams.
