NOW HIRING Before & Afterschool Program Site Director Kenton and Summit View Elementary School

Location: IMMEDIATE HIRE: Kenton Elementary School-11246 Madison Pike Independence KY 41051 and Summit View Elementary Independence KY
Schedule: After School Care
AM 7am-9am Hours PM 3pm-6pm for afternoon care. Monday-Friday No Weekends
Pay & Benefits:
- $17.50/hour

As an AlphaBEST Captain youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have HS diploma Bachelors or Associates in Education or a child development field.1 year experience in a classroom setting ( in a licensed facility)or group setting with at least 15 students.
- Must be at least 21years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulations
