In this role youll develop processes and systems to scale the sales performance program for a global sales organization test and pilot incentive programs and provide data-driven analysis to understand their impact. Youll partner with the Sales Operations Analytics team to perform analyses and build reporting that effectively monitor plan performance and attainment. This role will support the launch of new products and teams with curated plans that drive revenue and growth educate the sales team on quarterly performance initiatives and design an intake process to facilitate plan feedback. Additionally youll partner with the Finance team to ensure the financial viability of programs and adherence to overarching compensation principles.
3 years of experience in sales operations business analysis or sales incentive plan management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing other teams within a complex business environment
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Solid understanding of data reporting and the use of systems to implement operational objectives
Proven ability to lead change in a complex global business environment
Professional experience within the media advertising and performance marketing landscape
