Located in the heart of Perths CBD The Generous Squire pairs craft beer brewed on-site with bold American-inspired pub fare. Were on the hunt for a hands-on passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our tight-knit kitchen brigade of 78 chefs and bring fresh energy to our fast-paced venue.
What were looking for:
- A calm and capable leader with at least 1 year of Head Chef experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving kitchen and leads from the front
- A chef whos adaptable and confident juggling busy bistro service and function catering
- A team player who can bring fresh ideas and inspire their crew
What Youll Bring to the Table
- Solid experience in menu costing and wastage control
- A knack for balancing creativity with consistency
- Confidence managing large-scale functions and brewery events
- Familiarity with culinary trends and kitchen optimisation
- Experience with rostering stock control and cost management
- Proficiency in MS Office POS systems and kitchen software
- A passion for community engagement and business growth
