Our Governance and Risk team at DCCEEW is seeking an experienced risk professional with a modern innovative approach to join us as Manager Risk and Resilience on an ongoing basis.
This is a key leadership opportunity to protect and enable the Departments critical work by embedding best-practice governance risk and resilience frameworks.
About the Role
As the Manager Risk and Resilience you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering expert risk management and business continuity services across the Department. Reporting to the Director Governance and Risk you will play a key role in embedding a strong risk culture through the coordination of risk workshops training and reportingwhile ensuring critical business functions are protected during disruptions.
This role plays a key part in strategic decision-making building organisational resilience and driving the consistent delivery of high-quality practices that safeguard the Departments essential operations.

You are an experienced risk and business continuity leader with a strong understanding of governance and enterprise risk management.

Who we are
DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.
DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
