What Youll Do:
- Lead the design of cutting-edgeHVAC systemsfrom concept to construction documents.
- Spearheadbusiness developmentefforts in Tampa Virginia and nearby regionsespecially with municipalities and school districts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliverMEP solutionsfor K-12 schools universities healthcare commercial and government facilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients vendors and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meetbudget schedule and performance goalsevery time.
What You Bring:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering(ABET-accredited)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10 years in consulting engineering or A/E firms
- Proven experience inRevitand MEP construction documentation
- Strong leadership communication and client relationship skills
- Business development and project management experience
