Are you an experienced leader in long-term care seeking a new challenge or a meaningful transition role We are currently seeking a dedicated Interim Administrator to provide leadership and operational oversight during a key transitional period at our skilled nursing facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for:
Assistant Administrators ready to step up
Directors of Nursing with strong operational skills
Administrators licensed in another state
Experienced department heads with deep industry knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility
Collaborate with department heads and staff to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency
Serve as a point of contact for residents families and staff during the interim period
Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness
Communicate effectively with corporate leadership and ensure smooth transition processes
Qualifications:
Strong background in long-term care operations
Prior experience in a leadership role (e.g. Assistant Administrator DON or equivalent)
Current Administrator license or eligibility based on experience and licensure in another state
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly adapt to a new environment and lead with confidence and empathy
