As a HW Modelling Engineer on this team you will be at the center of the digital logic design flow including micro-architecture HW modeling HW design and verification within a silicon design group responsible for crafting and productizing state-of-the-art wireless SoCs. This position requires someone comfortable with all aspects of hardware and software development who thrives in a dynamic multi-functional organization who is not afraid to debate ideas openly and who is flexible enough to pivot on constantly evolving will specify and model data-link layer hardware including data path and control logic. Youll directly assist in the development of logic design and work inter-disciplinarily to coordinate system engineering hardware design and verification and firmware and software development. Take part in defining and standardizing methodologies.
Proven work experience in HW/FW design and implementation or simulation & modeling and a track record of developing complex software modules.
Extensive experience in C
Proven experience in SystemC or other modeling simulation frameworks
Experience in Python and co-working of Python with other languages
Ability to work on multi-functional projects with a globally located team
Strong problem-solving and proficient English language is needed
Bachelor or Master or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Communication Engineering with extensive years of working experience or PhD in a relevant field with proven years of working experience.
Knowledge of building tools like Make/CMake and setting up build flows is preferable
Knowledge of microcontroller/DSP architecture is a plus as well as SoC architecture and design is a plus
Understanding of data-link layers for cellular communication LTE/NR (MAC/RLC/PDCP)
PCIe DMA and NoC experience are a plus
Logic design or verification experience would be a plus
